How your order is handled for shipping

When you place an order, your pieces are pulled from our warehouse and inspected before they're packed. We check sizing labels, seams and fastenings, and look each garment over for marks or flaws. If something doesn't pass, we pull another one. We'd rather hold your order a day than send you something we wouldn't wear ourselves.
